Components:-
(+) Body made of steel sheets containing several layers of coils made of steam pipes to achieve the required temperature up to 105 degrees
Celsius.
(+) The boiler is insulated with blast furnace bricks with minimum thickness of 6 cm.
(+) Control panel supplied with the boiler contains digital thermostats for temperature control.
(+) Qualified burner is supplied from EEC origins with suitable capacity.
Boiler safeties and controls:-
(+) Pressure state to disconnect the burner when exceeds a predetermined value.
(+) Non return valve to protect the pump from any produced steam.
(+) Adjustable pressure valve opens automatically when pressure increases a certain limit. Pressure gauge is supplied.
